Waiting for the work to begin

I'm writing to you sitting in the shade of one of the ruined walls of Glastonbury Abbey.

I've spent the last few days in Somerset, working hard with my fellow Witches to make the final preparations to teach at Dragonrise Witchcamp, but today, we have a day of rest.

It's unusual for a Witchcamp teaching team to have all our preparation complete so early; it's almost traditional to still be working hard right up to the line. But one of the things about how fibromyalgia affects me right now is that I need breaks, and rest, and plenty of breathing space. And, Gods bless my team, they have made it possible for that to happen.

So I'm sitting here, on a beautiful sunny day, resting, in anticipation of the work to come, and all the magic we will all make together.
